BOLDWINGS Aircraft Spare Parts & Components Trading LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, uses the information you provide to understand and respond to your business enquiry. For questions or a request to correct, restrict or remove your information, contact ceo@boldwings.ae.
What we collect and why
Our forms collect your business contact details and the parts, asset or commercial requirements you choose to provide. Optional details help us follow up with relevant questions. We record your reviewed request, its reference, related files and notification status so it can be handled and followed up. Submit only information you are authorized to share.
Files and request notifications
A CSV upload or pasted list is converted into rows for you to review and correct before sending. Original files are held privately in quarantine and are not publicly downloadable or attached to notification emails. The BOLDWINGS team receives the reviewed request details and file names. An enquiry does not authorize a public listing or identify an asset as company-owned inventory.
Services and processing locations
The website uses Framer. Enquiry records and uploaded files are stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Notification emails are processed by Resend in the United States and delivered to the company’s email account. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form interactions for automated abuse. These services process the information needed to provide their respective functions.
Our retention policy
The retention clock begins only when an enquiry is explicitly closed. Original uploaded files become eligible for review after 30 complete days; enquiry records after 12 calendar months. The BOLDWINGS owner must review and approve the specific record and each file before removal is scheduled. A further 30-day cancellation period begins only after confirmed delivery of the owner notification. Removal can therefore occur no earlier than 60 days after closure for raw files, and 12 calendar months plus 30 days for enquiry records.
Protection and cancellation
Open enquiries, records on hold, unresolved notification problems and records whose status is uncertain remain protected. Reopening an enquiry or applying a hold cancels the current removal review. Contract, accounting, technical traceability records and independent inventory records follow separate business requirements and are outside this enquiry-removal process. Cancellation protects data before removal; recovery after final removal is not promised.
Current operation and separate copies
Automated retention is active. The scheduled process removes only items that have completed owner review and the cancellation period and still pass the protection checks. Open, held or uncertain records and unresolved notification issues remain protected. Removal from the enquiry system does not remove delivered Gmail messages, Resend-held copies or logs, forwarded messages, exports or separate transaction records.
