How we handle your enquiry
BOLDWINGS uses your contact details and the information you review to assess and respond to your enquiry. Submit only information you are authorized to share. Your request is not a public listing.
Our retention policy starts when an enquiry is explicitly closed: request records become eligible for review after 12 calendar months and original uploaded files after 30 days. Removal requires owner approval of the specific record and each file, then a further 30-day cancellation period after confirmed delivery of the owner notification. Open enquiries, held records, uncertain status and unresolved notification issues remain protected. Automated retention is active. Separate delivered email copies are outside this removal process. Request storage is in Sydney, Australia, and notification emails are processed by Resend in the United States. Uploaded files remain private and quarantined; notification emails contain the reviewed request and file names, not downloadable originals. Cloudflare Turnstile checks this form for automated abuse.
